Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAT14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,086 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAT14-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFSF11, LGALS1, and CNN3. Each is linked with NAT14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT14-to-partner and partner-to-NAT14 results are reported.
