Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAT14 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAT14-associated genes across cancer lineages are Fibroblasts. Each is linked with NAT14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT14-to-partner and partner-to-NAT14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Fibroblasts grouped by NAT14-low versus NAT14-high in UCEC.
