Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAT14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,380 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAT14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are AMPA glutamate receptor clustering, Glutamate receptor clustering, and Regulation of base-excision repair. Each is linked with NAT14 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT14-to-partner and partner-to-NAT14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AMPA glutamate receptor clustering grouped by NAT14-low versus NAT14-high in URINARY_TRACT.
