Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FIGLA and MBD3L4. Each is linked with NAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT1-to-partner and partner-to-NAT1 results are reported.
