Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NASPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,984 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NASPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NASP, HELLS, and NSD2. Each is linked with NASPP1 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NASPP1-to-partner and partner-to-NASPP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NASPP1 versus NASP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NASPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NASPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
