Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NASP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,566 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NASP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, BNIP1, and MRPL37. Each is linked with NASP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NASP-to-partner and partner-to-NASP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDKN3 grouped by NASP-low versus NASP-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NASP→partner) and Y-score (partner→NASP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
