Across TCGA patient cohorts, NASP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NASP-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, Notch1, and p27_pT198. Each is linked with NASP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NASP-to-partner and partner-to-NASP results are reported.
