Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NASP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NASP-associated genes across cancer lineages are DBX2, KLF18, and C5orf52. Each is linked with NASP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NASP-to-partner and partner-to-NASP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DBX2 grouped by NASP-low versus NASP-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NASP→partner) and Y-score (partner→NASP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
