NARS1P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NARS1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,139 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NARS1P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HTATIP2, PLS1, and CBR1. Each is linked with NARS1P2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NARS1P2-to-partner and partner-to-NARS1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NARS1P2 versus HTATIP2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NARS1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NARS1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
