Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAPB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAPB-associated genes across cancer lineages are LHCGR, OR10W1, and CD300H. Each is linked with NAPB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPB-to-partner and partner-to-NAPB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LHCGR grouped by NAPB-low versus NAPB-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAPB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAPB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
