Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAPA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,813 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are DBP, RPL3, and SNRNP70. Each is linked with NAPA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPA-to-partner and partner-to-NAPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAPA versus DBP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
