Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 756 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P26, RNU6-994P, and GGCTP3. Each is linked with NAPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPA-to-partner and partner-to-NAPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL12P26 grouped by NAPA-low versus NAPA-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
