Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NANP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,385 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NANP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS1, CENPA, and TPX2. Each is linked with NANP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NANP-to-partner and partner-to-NANP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NANP versus GINS1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NANP→partner) and Y-score (partner→NANP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
