Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NANP protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,349 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NANP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ESF1_S153, PCNA, and MCM7. Each is linked with NANP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NANP-to-partner and partner-to-NANP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NANP versus ESF1_S153 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NANP→partner) and Y-score (partner→NANP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
