Across TCGA patient cohorts, NANOS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NANOS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL35AP30, CTDSPL2P1, and MRPL50P2. Each is linked with NANOS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NANOS2-to-partner and partner-to-NANOS2 results are reported.
