The most reproducible NANOGP10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of circadian rhythm, Macromolecule methylation, and Axonal transport. Each is linked with NANOGP10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NANOGP10-to-partner and partner-to-NANOGP10 results are reported.
