NANOGNBP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NANOGNBP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,304 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NANOGNBP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZC3H4, ZNF326, and STAG2. Each is linked with NANOGNBP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NANOGNBP3-to-partner and partner-to-NANOGNBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NANOGNBP3 versus ZC3H4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NANOGNBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NANOGNBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
