Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NANOGNBP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NANOGNBP3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher NANOGNBP3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NANOGNBP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and BLCA show a favorable association.
KIRC, UCEC, and BRCA are the cancer types where NANOGNBP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
