Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAMPTP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,242 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAMPTP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to membrane, Regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Protein targeting to membrane. Each is linked with NAMPTP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAMPTP2-to-partner and partner-to-NAMPTP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein localization to membrane grouped by NAMPTP2-low versus NAMPTP2-high in STAD.
