Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAMPTP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NAMPTP2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher NAMPTP2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAMPTP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV show a favorable association.
LGG, CESC, and OV are the cancer types where NAMPTP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
