NALT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NALT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,974 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NALT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF3C4_S611, VSIR_S235, and ARFGAP1. Each is linked with NALT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NALT1-to-partner and partner-to-NALT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NALT1 versus GTF3C4_S611 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NALT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NALT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
