NAIF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAIF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,616 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAIF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8Q1P, NDUFA4P2, and TRAJ57. Each is linked with NAIF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAIF1-to-partner and partner-to-NAIF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8Q1P grouped by NAIF1-low versus NAIF1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAIF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAIF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
