Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAGS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAGS-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR14K1, TSGA13, and CENPVL3. Each is linked with NAGS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAGS-to-partner and partner-to-NAGS results are reported.
