Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAGLU mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 510 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAGLU-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM22P1, RNU6-99P, and PPIAP69. Each is linked with NAGLU in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAGLU-to-partner and partner-to-NAGLU results are reported.
