Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAGK Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NAGK data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher NAGK Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAGK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where NAGK Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
