NAGK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAGK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,694 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAGK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1F, HCK, and ARHGAP9. Each is linked with NAGK in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAGK-to-partner and partner-to-NAGK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAGK versus MYO1F in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAGK→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAGK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
