Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAGK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,199 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAGK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Endocytic recycling, and Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane. Each is linked with NAGK in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAGK-to-partner and partner-to-NAGK results are reported.
