NAF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,835 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HPF1, DNAJC1, and CASP4. Each is linked with NAF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAF1-to-partner and partner-to-NAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAF1 versus HPF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
