NAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,229 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01159, SNX18P23, and RN7SL62P. Each is linked with NAF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAF1-to-partner and partner-to-NAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01159 grouped by NAF1-low versus NAF1-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
