Across TCGA cell cohorts, NADK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,785 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NADK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP155, TTC33, and LMBRD2. Each is linked with NADK2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NADK2-to-partner and partner-to-NADK2 results are reported.
