Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NADK2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NADK2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher NADK2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NADK2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and HNSC show a favorable association.

CESC, UCEC, and KICH are the cancer types where NADK2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
