NADK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NADK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,935 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NADK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NADK_S46, PGD, and CCNL2_S348. Each is linked with NADK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NADK-to-partner and partner-to-NADK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NADK versus NADK_S46 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NADK→partner) and Y-score (partner→NADK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
