NADK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NADK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,825 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NADK-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLR8, TNFSF13B, and SLC15A3. Each is linked with NADK in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NADK-to-partner and partner-to-NADK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NADK versus TLR8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NADK→partner) and Y-score (partner→NADK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
