NACC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,592 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-62P, NDUFAF2P1, and MIR7702. Each is linked with NACC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACC2-to-partner and partner-to-NACC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-62P grouped by NACC2-low versus NACC2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NACC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NACC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
