NACC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NACC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are POU3F4, MAGEB4, and STRA8. Each is linked with NACC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACC2-to-partner and partner-to-NACC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POU3F4 grouped by NACC2-low versus NACC2-high in LIVER.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NACC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NACC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
