NACC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,302 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, IL21, and HCFC1-AS1. Each is linked with NACC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACC1-to-partner and partner-to-NACC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by NACC1-low versus NACC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NACC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NACC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
