NACAP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACAP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,663 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACAP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASIP1_S90, S100B, and SLC43A3. Each is linked with NACAP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACAP5-to-partner and partner-to-NACAP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NACAP5 versus RASIP1_S90 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NACAP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NACAP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
