Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NACAP5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NACAP5 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher NACAP5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NACAP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and ESCA show a favorable association.

CESC, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where NACAP5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
