Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACAP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,487 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACAP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome assembly, Ribosomal large subunit assembly, and Mitochondrial gene expression. Each is linked with NACAP5 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACAP5-to-partner and partner-to-NACAP5 results are reported.
