NACAD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACAD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,669 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACAD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCAN, AEBP1, and FN1. Each is linked with NACAD in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACAD-to-partner and partner-to-NACAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NACAD versus VCAN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NACAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→NACAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
