NACAD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACAD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,539 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYT11, NRXN2, and ENOX1. Each is linked with NACAD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACAD-to-partner and partner-to-NACAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NACAD versus SYT11 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NACAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→NACAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
