NACAD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACAD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,371 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01986, OR52A4P, and TUBGCP5. Each is linked with NACAD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACAD-to-partner and partner-to-NACAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01986 grouped by NACAD-low versus NACAD-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NACAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→NACAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
