NACAD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NACAD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 210 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RS1, ASZ1, and EVX1. Each is linked with NACAD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACAD-to-partner and partner-to-NACAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RS1 grouped by NACAD-low versus NACAD-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NACAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→NACAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
