NACA3P

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACA3P protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,048 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACA3P-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPT1A, FAM81A, and WFIKKN2. Each is linked with NACA3P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACA3P-to-partner and partner-to-NACA3P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NACA3P versus CPT1A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NACA3P→partner) and Y-score (partner→NACA3P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
