Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NACA3P RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NACA3P data layer compared with 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher NACA3P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NACA3P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and READ show a favorable association.

LIHC, UVM, and UCEC are the cancer types where NACA3P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
