NACA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,761 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS18, RPL4, and RPL35A. Each is linked with NACA in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACA-to-partner and partner-to-NACA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NACA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NACA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
