Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,595 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NACA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAN, PTH1R, and LMOD1. Each is linked with NACA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACA-to-partner and partner-to-NACA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NACA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NACA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
