NACA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, XBP1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with NACA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACA-to-partner and partner-to-NACA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NACA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NACA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
