NACA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NACA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,750 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL6, RPS25, and RPL10A. Each is linked with NACA in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACA-to-partner and partner-to-NACA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NACA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NACA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
