NAALADL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAALADL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,313 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAALADL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN1, C5AR1_S327, and CASP6. Each is linked with NAALADL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAALADL2-to-partner and partner-to-NAALADL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAALADL2 versus PTPN1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAALADL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAALADL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
